Last updated: October 31, 2025

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FixedFloat.app (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our fixedfloat exchange service. These Terms apply to all users of the Service.

2. Service Description

FixedFloat.app provides cryptocurrency exchange services, allowing users to swap digital assets using both floating and fixed float rate types. Our service includes:

  • Instant cryptocurrency exchanges across multiple networks
  • Lightning Network integration for fast BTC settlements
  • Support for 50+ cryptocurrency pairs
  • Floating and fixed rate options for fixedfloat swap transactions
  • No registration or KYC requirements

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using our fixedfloat crypto platform, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

4. Exchange Process

4.1 Rate Types

Floating Rate: The exchange rate is determined at the time of execution and may vary from the initial quote based on market conditions.

Fixed Float Rate: The exchange rate is locked for a specific time window (typically 15-30 minutes). You must send your deposit within this window to receive the quoted rate.

4.2 Transaction Limits

Each trading pair has minimum and maximum transaction limits. These limits are displayed before you confirm your fixedfloat exchange. Transactions outside these limits may be rejected or delayed.

4.3 Network Fees

All cryptocurrency transactions incur network fees (blockchain transaction costs). These fees are separate from our service fee and vary by network. Network fees are displayed transparently before you confirm the transaction.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate cryptocurrency addresses for deposits and withdrawals
  • Verify all transaction details before confirming
  • Send the exact amount specified in the transaction
  • Use only legally obtained cryptocurrencies
  • Not use the Service for money laundering, fraud, or illegal activities
  • Not attempt to manipulate rates or exploit system vulnerabilities

6. Risks and Disclaimers

6.1 Cryptocurrency Risks

Cryptocurrency trading involves significant risks including price volatility, network congestion, and potential loss of funds. You acknowledge these risks and agree that you use our fixedfloat exchange service at your own risk.

6.2 No Investment Advice

We do not provide investment, financial, or trading advice. All information on our platform is for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

6.3 Service Availability

We strive for 24/7 availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Use the Service for illegal purposes or in violation of any laws
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the Service
  • Use automated tools or bots to manipulate transactions
  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Interfere with other users' transactions
  • Use the Service to launder money or finance terrorism

8. Fees and Payments

Our service fee (typically 0.5% of transaction amount) and applicable network fees are displayed before you confirm each fixedfloat swap. All fees are deducted from the amount you receive. We reserve the right to adjust fees with notice.

9. Refunds and Disputes

Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions, refunds are generally not possible once a transaction is executed. If you believe there was an error in your transaction, contact our support team within 24 hours. We will investigate and resolve legitimate issues on a case-by-case basis.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FixedFloat.app and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the fees paid for the specific transaction in question.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FixedFloat.app and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any laws or third-party rights.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect minimal data and do not require personal information for fixedfloat crypto exchanges.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or any other reason at our discretion. You may stop using the Service at any time.

15. Governing Law
